Hello, my favorite people! Anne Carter welcomes you all to Beyond the Bayou Blog to make you sip the flavors of Pineapple Mocktail from my kitchen.
I whipped up this Pineapple Mocktail Recipe on a hot summer day, craving something cool and tropical. Mixing pineapple juice with fizzy Sprite and a touch of rose syrup, I wanted a drink that felt like a mini vacation.
I carefully poured each ingredient into the glass, making it look pretty and taste great. The first sip was amazing – sweet pineapple with a refreshing fizz, and a hint of floral sweetness from the rose syrup. It was like sipping sunshine!
So are you all in for todays magic? Just stay tuned with me for the next 5 minutes.

Equipment
- Knife
- Food Processor
- Measuring Cup
- Spoon
- Glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups lime lemon soda such as Sprite
- 2 tablespoons rose syrup I used Roohafza
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 pineapple wedges for decoration optional
- 2 small sprigs mint leaves for decoration optional
Instructions
- Take two tall glasses and fill them with crushed ice for a nice color gradient effect.
- Pour pineapple juice over the ice in each glass.
- Add Sprite on top of the pineapple juice.
- Pour rose syrup over the Sprite; it will settle at the bottom due to its weight.
- Give the mixture a gentle stir to slightly blend the flavors while keeping them visible.
- Decorate the glasses with pineapple wedges, mint leaves, or a decorative straw.
- Serve the mocktails chilled and enjoy!
