– 3 pound chuck roast – 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard – 1/4 cup BBQ Dry Rub – Wood Chips for Smoking
Preheat the Smoker: 1. Set your smoker to 235 degrees, aiming to maintain a temperature between 225-250 degrees during smoking.
Prepare the Chuck Roast: 1. Rub the chuck roast with yellow mustard, ensuring it's well-coated. 2. Generously apply BBQ dry rub, using your hands to massage it into the meat.
Smoking Process: 1. Place the seasoned chuck roast in the smoker. 2. Add wood chips for smoking. 3. Smoke for 6-8 hours, adding more wood chips as needed.
