– 2/3 cup all-purpose flour – 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder – 4 large eggs – 3/4 cup sugar – 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil – 1/4 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare baking sheet. 2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, and milk together. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
