Fill a glass with ice and add 30ml grapefruit juice, 30ml simple syrup (if you like it less tart), 40ml gin, and top with tonic. Stir gently to combine and chill, then garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a handful of pink peppercorns. Enjoy!
For a classic gin and tonic, mix gin with tonic water over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge for that refreshing twist. It’s an easy-to-make cocktail, ideal for any occasion.
Mix 50ml gin and 125ml tonic over ice, then add 3-4 fresh peach slices (or try orange, mango, or nectarine). Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme. For a stronger peach flavor, blend and strain the fruit before adding.
