1. Crumble the feta cheese, chop the fresh herbs, and mince the garlic. 2. In a food processor or blender, combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. 3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 4. Adjust consistency by adding more Greek yogurt or olive oil if needed.
