Tips You Must Consider!

  • Perfect Oreo Texture: Instead of just pounding the Oreos, try coarsely chopping them on a cutting board. This gives you better control over the size of the pieces, adding a pleasing texture to your fudge.
  • Flavor Boost: Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and condensed milk mixture for an extra depth of flavor that complements the Oreos beautifully.
  • Effortless Melting: For a fuss-free melting process, use the microwave. Combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  • Alternative Lining: If you’re out of parchment paper, aluminum foil works just as well. Just make sure to smooth it out to avoid any wrinkles that could imprint on your fudge.
  • Creative Shapes: To create various shapes, use cookie cutters. Heat the cutters in hot water, wipe them dry, and then press them into the set fudge. Repeat the heating and drying process to keep the edges clean and smooth. This also works great for cutting neat squares with a knife.
