Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 to 3 slices of cooked bacon or use ham etc.
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 to 2 slices of cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Spread softened butter on two slices of bread.
- Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a tablespoon of butter, oil, or cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs, spreading them evenly.
- Place the buttered bread slices on top of the eggs, butter side up, with the bottoms about 1/4 inch apart.
