Christmas Peanut Brittle Recipe

Peanut brittle is a classic, crunchy candy made by combining sugar, butter, and corn syrup, then cooking it until it reaches a hard crack stage. Roasted peanuts are stirred into the caramelized mixture, which is then poured onto a baking sheet to cool and harden into brittle, creating a deliciously sweet and nutty treat.
