- ¼ cup 56.5 g canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 ½ ounces simple syrup
- crushed ice
- club soda
- sugared cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- Rim two glasses with lime juice, then dip in sugar to coat. Set aside.
- In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup to release the mint’s aroma.
- Add lime juice, light rum, coconut rum, coconut milk, and crushed ice to the shaker. Shake well.
- Fill the prepared glasses with crushed ice.
