Crab-stuffed mushrooms, as seen at Red Lobster, are a delightful appetizer that combines the earthy richness of mushrooms with the sweet, tender flavors of crab. These bite-sized wonders offer a perfect balance of savory seafood stuffing, melty cheese, and a hint of buttery richness.
Whether you’re serving them for a holiday feast, a weekend dinner, or a casual gathering, they elevate any occasion with their irresistible flavor and visual appeal.
They’re not only a crowd-pleaser but also surprisingly easy to prepare, especially when you use fresh crab meat and a handful of pantry staples like breadcrumbs, garlic, and Parmesan.
With the mushrooms softening as they bake, the filling becomes golden brown and bubbly, making each bite a flavorful treat. Plus, the optional squeeze of fresh lemon adds a touch of brightness that enhances the dish’s savory depth.
