– 3 pounds king crab legs – 1 tbsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) – 1 clove garlic, minced – 6 tbsp butter – 1 tsp lemon juice – 1/4 cup olive oil
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). – Arrange the crab legs in a shallow baking pan. – Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. – Whisk in seafood seasoning, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil to create a flavorful mixture.
– Brush the crab legs evenly with the butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated. – Pour any remaining butter mixture over the crab legs in the baking pan. – Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the crab legs are opaque and flaky.
– Throughout the baking process, baste the crab legs regularly with the butter mixture from the pan to keep them moist and flavorful.
