Possible Variations With This Recipe!

A few ways to customize this recipe are as follows:

  • If you’re not in the mood for shrimp, try a different protein. Of course! Scallops, or even some robust fish pieces like halibut or cod, would be good options.
  • Are you considering becoming a vegan? Veggie Power can help. Substitute tofu or tempeh for the prawns. Substitute vegan-friendly butter or regular ol’ olive oil for the butter. And if you’re craving something cheesy, try a vegan Parmesan.
  • Is Italian seasoning not in the cupboard? Herb It Up! Not a problem! Use dried oregano, thyme, and basil to make your own blend, or use garden-fresh basil, parsley, and thyme.
  • Citrus Twist: In the mood for adventure? Try out a variety of citrus tastes! A squeeze of lime or tart orange juice may add a refreshing twist to any dish.
