– Cocktail shaker – Fine Mesh Straine – Knife – Peeler optional – Martini Glass – Ice Cubes
– 4 oz. vodka – 1 oz. triple sec – 2 oz. fresh lemon juice – 2 oz. simple syrup – Lemon twists (for garnish) – Granulated sugar (for garnish)
1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice. 2. Add the following ingredients to the shaker 3. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to thoroughly chill and mix the ingredients.
4. Rub lemon slices around the rims of 2 coupes or martini glasses. 5. Add granulated sugar to a small plate. 6. Dip the rims of the glasses into the sugar, coating the edges.
7. Divide the shaken vodka mixture between the two prepared glasses. 8. Garnish each glass with lemon twists, if desired.
