1. Cocktail shaker 2. Fine mesh strainer 3. Cocktail glass 4. Ice
– 2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka – 1/2 ounce dry vermouth – 1/2 ounce olive brine – Garnish: 2 to 4 olives
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Add gin or vodka, vermouth, and olive brine to the shaker. 3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
1. Place a fine mesh strainer over a chilled cocktail glass. 2. Double strain the mixture into the glass to remove any ice chips. 3. Garnish the drink with a skewer of olives.
