– Large Pot – Wooden Spoon – Cutting Board – Knife – Grater – Pasta Server – Forks
– 1 pound pasta of choice – 2 cloves of garlic, minced – 1/2 cup of tomato paste – 1 cup of heavy cream (see note below for a vegan version!) – 2 tablespoons of butter – Salt + pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup parmesan – 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes – 2 tablespoons of vodka (optional)* – 1 small shallot, diced – 1/4 cup olive oil*
1. Cook your preferred pasta following the instructions on the package. Keep 1/2 cup of pasta water aside. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside. 2. Heat up 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Throw in minced garlic and diced shallot, letting them cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and stir, letting it cook for an additional 3 minutes.
3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of vodka into the skillet. Then, add 1 cup of heavy cream (or choose the vegan version). Sprinkle in red pepper flakes for that spicy kick. 4. Mix in the cooked pasta, reserved 1/2 cup of pasta water, butter, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir constantly and let it cook for 1 more minute.
5. Take it off the heat and serve your Gigi Hadid Pasta with a touch of basil and an extra sprinkle of parmesan. Enjoy your quick, tasty, and delightful creation!
