The holidays bring the comforting scents of cinnamon, cloves, and citrus, making Christmas Wassail the perfect seasonal drink.
This warm, spiced punch has been a holiday tradition for centuries, spreading joy and warmth during the cold months. Whether you’re gathered around a fire or hosting a holiday party, this Wassail fills the air with a cozy, inviting aroma.
The combination of tangy apple cider, orange zest, and spices creates a comforting flavor, while a splash of brandy or rum adds depth. Wassail is more than just a drink; it’s about creating memories and bringing people together.
Originally from ancient England, Wassail was shared from a communal bowl to toast good health and happiness. Now, it’s a part of my holiday celebrations—and I know it will become a part of yours too.
