- 3/4 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1.5 oz cucumber juice
- 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Wash and chop 2 cucumbers into thick slices.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a mesh bag into a container, discarding pulp.
