Tips that Helps Me a Lot!

Tips that Helps Me a Lot!

  • Chill Quickly: If your Prosecco or seltzer isn’t fully chilled, place it in a large bowl filled with salted ice water. Let it stand for about 10 minutes to speed up the chilling process.
  • Enhance Mint Aroma: Lightly smack the mint sprigs against your palm before garnishing. This bruises the mint and releases its natural oils and fresh aroma.
  • Crush Mint Wisely: When crushing the mint leaves, do so just enough to release the oils and flavor, without breaking them up too much.
