Helpful Tips For Making The Best Keto Burgers!
- Use Freshly Ground Beef: For the best flavor and texture, use freshly ground beef if possible. This can make a significant difference in the juiciness of your patties.
- Don’t Overwork the Meat: When mixing the ground beef with the seasonings, handle it gently. Overworking the meat can result in dense, tough patties.
- Chill Your Patties: After shaping your patties, let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes. This helps them hold their shape better during cooking and allows the flavors to meld.
- Bacon Prep Tip: Partially cook your bacon before adding it to the baking sheet. This ensures it gets crispy by the time the burgers are done without overcooking the patties.
