- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk regular milk is fine if not keto
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided

- Remove stems from a head of cauliflower and place florets in a lightly greased 11×7 baking dish. Roast for 15 minutes.
- In a small pan over medium heat, whisk together butter, garlic, milk, heavy cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
