Ingredients
- 900 grams Skinless Chicken Leg Both drumstick and thigh
- 400 grams Spinach
- 100 grams Onions
- 100 grams Tomato
- 2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
- 100 grams Full Fat Greek Yogurt or hung curd
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 50 grams Fresh Cream Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powd
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Cut gashes in chicken.
- Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
- Cook spinach with water, puree, and set aside.
- Sauté onions in ghee, then add ginger and garlic.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then add chicken.
- Mix in spinach puree, cook for 10-12 minutes, garnish with cream, and serve.
