Sumptuous Lobster Pizza Recipe
Equipment
- Bowl for dough
- Pizza stone (optional)
- Pizza peel or pizza pan
- Small Bowl
- Spoon or brush
- Medium bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 3 tbsp Fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated fontina cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Lemon, cut into wedges
- 1,1/2 cup lobster tail
Instructions
- Place dough in a bowl and let it rest until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 450°F with a pizza stone if using.
- Punch down the dough and hand-stretch it into a circle, then place it on a well-floured pizza peel or pizza pan.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and olive oil, then spread the mixture over the dough.
- In a medium bowl, combine cheeses. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over the dough.
- Arrange lobster evenly over the cheese, then sprinkle with thyme and red pepper. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the crust and top of the pizza are golden brown.

Notes
- If you’d rather use store-bought dough, that’s totally OK.
- If you don’t have wine, you can use seafood stock instead.
- If you want, you can use parsley or basil slices instead of tarragon.
