It’s a dish that’s full of comfort, but what I love most is how easy it is to recreate at home. Whether you’ve tasted this dish before or are trying it for the first time, Meat Jun brings a little taste of Hawaii’s unique fusion of cultures right to your kitchen.

There’s something special about the simplicity of the ingredients—thin beef dipped in egg batter and lightly fried until the edges are perfectly crispy.

It’s a quick, straightforward process that even a beginner cook can master. While it’s traditionally paired with rice and kimchi, it’s so versatile that you can easily make it part of a weeknight meal or even a weekend cookout.
