Notes
- Temperature Matters: Serve the bisque well-chilled for a refreshing experience.
- Mindful Sweetening: Adjust honey carefully to maintain a delicate balance of sweetness.
- Garnish Thoughtfully: Elevate the presentation with a creative garnish, such as a mint leaf, to add a final touch of freshness.

Time For The Tips!
- Soften Butter in Advance: Ensure your butter is softened before mixing it with other ingredients. Softened butter incorporates more easily into the dough, resulting in a smoother texture.
- Chill the Dough: Consider chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. Chilled dough helps prevent cookies from spreading too much in the oven, resulting in thicker cookies.
- Use Parchment Paper: Line your baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent cookies from sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Evenly Sized Cookies: Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the dough for evenly sized cookies. This ensures uniform baking and consistent results.
- Add Extra Flavor: Experiment with adding vanilla extract, almond extract, or a dash of nutmeg to enhance the flavor profile of your cookies.
- Don’t Overbake: Keep an eye on your cookies while they’re in the oven and remove them when the edges are lightly golden brown. They may seem slightly underbaked in the center, but they will continue to set as they cool.
- Cooling Time: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This helps prevent them from breaking apart.
- Storage Tips: Store cooled cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness. If you prefer softer cookies, add a slice of bread to the container to help retain moisture.
