Ingredients

  • 2 habanero peppers top stems removed
  • 3 ounces yellow onion about ¼ of a large onion
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 carrot peeled small to medium

Instructions

  • Remove the top stems from habanero peppers (wear gloves).
