Time For My Personal Tips!
Tip 1: Use bread flour for a chewier crust.
Tip 2: Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for optimal fermentation.
Tip 3: Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil before adding toppings to prevent sogginess.
Variations:
- Whole Wheat Pizza Dough: Substitute half of the bread flour with whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
- Herb-infused Dough: Add dried Italian herbs or fresh herbs like rosemary or basil to the dough for extra flavor.
- Garlic Butter Crust: Brush the rolled-out dough with garlic-infused olive oil before baking for a fragrant crust.
