Many years ago, while visiting my local Mexican restaurant, a friend ordered a round of Stoli Doli for the table. I was hesitant at first since I usually dislike the smell and taste of shots. My friend explained it was pineapple-infused vodka, which piqued my curiosity.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 liter Stolichnaya Vodka

Instructions

  • Slice the pineapple into chunks and place them in a large container with a spigot, like a drink dispenser.
  • Pour Stolichnaya Vodka over the fresh pineapple chunks until fully covered.
  • Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 12-14 days to infuse.
  • Once infused, strain the vodka and discard the pineapple chunks.
  • To serve, pour the infused vodka into a martini shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
