Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tater Tots approx 32 oz
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 10 ½ ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 2 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables fresh or frozen
  • 1 pound lean ground beef

Instructions

  • Fire up the oven to a cozy 400°F. While it's warming up, give some love to a 9×13" casserole dish – a quick grease should do.

???????? Hmmmmm... This dish sounds like it was meant for Sharp Cheddar(freshly grated)or just maybe(Colby Jack) with bell pepper ???? and banana peppers ????️; with fresh chopped Cilantro and Green onions & include the seeds of all peppers and jalapenos for that lil burst of Mexico on your taste buds. Parsley flakes & Oregano, and a can of Rotel (my poor lil dog ????is drooling as I type this) lol ????.
