– Air fryer – Large Bowl – Skillet or saucepan – Whisk
– 1 pound large shrimp – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – olive oil – 1/4 tsp ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/2 cup unsalted butter – 2 tsp lemon juice,
– 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped, – 4 cloves fresh garlic – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– Coat shrimp in olive oil, salt, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper. – Preheat air fryer to 400°F, spray with oil, and air fry shrimp for 6 minutes. – Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, cook for 30 seconds.
– Off heat, whisk in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and parsley. – Drizzle garlic butter over cooked shrimp, serve over rice if desired.
