- Cocktail shaker - Glassware - Jigger - Strainer
- 1 1/2 ounces amaretto liqueur - 3/4 ounce cask-proof bourbon - 1 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed - 1 teaspoon rich simple syrup - 1/2 ounce egg white - lemon twist Garnish - 2 cherries Garnish
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Add Amaretto liqueur to the shaker. 3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the shaker. 4. Optionally, add simple syrup or sugar for sweetness.
5. Close the shaker tightly. 6. Shake the mixture vigorously. 7. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
