- Wine glass or tumbler - Ice Cubes - Jigger or measuring cup - Stirring Utensil
- 3 ounces prosecco - 2 ounces Aperol - 1 ounce club soda - 3 orange slice
1. Fill a wine glass or tumbler halfway to two-thirds full with ice cubes. 2. Pour 3 parts prosecco into the glass. 3. Add 2 parts Aperol to the prosecco.
4. Splash in soda water to taste, giving it a slight fizz. 5. Gently stir the ingredients to combine. 6. Optionally, garnish with an orange slice or twist. 7. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz.
