- 3 Egg - 3 slices Bacon or sausage - 1 Tortilla - 1/3 cup Cheese - 2 Potatoes
1. Prepare Ingredients: Cook bacon or sausage until crispy. Scramble eggs in a pan until fluffy. Saute diced potatoes and veggies until tender. 2. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm and flexible.
3. Assemble Burritos: Lay out a warm tortilla. Add a scoop of scrambled eggs, followed by cooked bacon or sausage, sautéed potatoes and veggies, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. 4. Roll Up Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling.
