Caramel Candy Recipe

– Heavy-bottomed saucepan – Wooden Spoon – Candy thermometer – Baking Dish – Parchment Paper – Sharp Knife

Equipments 

– 2 cup sugar – 1 cup cream – 2 cup sugar – 1 cup cream – 3 tbsp salted butter

Ingredients 

1. Melt 2 cups of sugar on low flame, stirring continuously. 2. Add 1 cup of cream, stirring constantly. 3. Mix in 3 tablespoons of salted butter until glossy.

Instructions 

4.  Pour into a butter-paper-lined tray, tap to remove bubbles. 5. Cool for 5 hours, then cut with a greased knife. 6.  Wrap pieces in butter paper and store in an airtight container.
