– 3 cups flour – 2 and ½ teaspoon baking powder – 1 and ½ teaspoon salt – 1 and ½ cup 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened to room temperature – 1 cup light or dark brown sugar – 5 eggs at room temperature – ½ cup full fat sour cream at room temperature
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch bundt pan. 2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in a bowl; set aside. 3. Cream butter and sugars until smooth. 4. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until combined. –
5. Gradually add dry ingredients and milk, mixing until smooth. 6. Create a spice swirl by combining spices and layering in pan. 7. Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
