– Cutting Board and Knife – Blender or Food Processor – Large Pot or Dutch Oven – Stove – Measuring Spoons and Cups – Oven
– Pork – Tomatillos – Green Chilies – Onion – Garlic – Chicken or Vegetable Broth – Cilantro – Spices – Lime – Oil
– Cut pork into small pieces. – Chop tomatillos, onions, garlic, and green chilies. – Roast tomatillos and green chilies until soft.
– Blend roasted vegetables with onions, garlic, and some broth until smooth. – Cook pork in a pot until browned. – Pour the blended sauce over the pork and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
– Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. – Serve hot with cilantro and lime juice.
