– Mixing Bowls – Electric mixer – Measuring Cups – Rubber spatula – Cookie Scoop
– 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature – ½ teaspoon peppermint extract – 3 cups powdered sugar
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth using a mixer. 2. Add peppermint extract and half of the powdered sugar, beat to combine. 3. Add remaining powdered sugar, beat until well mixed.
4. If mixture is dry, add half a teaspoon of water gradually, mixing until it holds together. 5. Shape the mixture into 1/2″ balls by hand and place on parchment-lined tray. 6. Flatten balls with a fork, then chill until ready to serve. Store in fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to two months in an airtight container.
