– Mixing Bowl – Baking sheet – Wire rack – Tongs – Measuring Spoons – Oven
– 8 chicken thighs with bone and skin on – 1/4 cup Italian dressing – 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 1/2 tablespoons sazon
1. Season chicken thighs with Italian dressing, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl. 2. Marinate overnight for best flavor, or proceed immediately if short on time. 3. Preheat oven to 425°F.
4. Place chicken thighs skin side down on a rack over a baking sheet, or on an oiled sheet if no rack is available. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 6. Flip chicken thighs skin side up and bake for another 20-24 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
