– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – 1 cup non-dairy milk – ½ cup vegetable oil – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. 4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring well to form a smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps.
