– 200 grams milkmaid 1/2 tin – 150 grams maida – 60 ml oil – 100 ml fanta or mirinda – 2 tsp baking powder – 3-4 drops vanilla essence optional
1. Grease and line your baking tin, then preheat your oven to 180°C. 2. Sift together the flour and baking powder twice and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vanilla essence, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. 4. Gradually add the flour mixture and Fanta to the bowl, mixing gently until everything is incorporated.
5. Pour the cake batter into the lined tin and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Allow it to cool completely. 6. Once cooled, remove the cake from the tin, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve. Enjoy your delicious Fanta cake!
