Ginger Cake Recipe

– Mixing Bowl – Wooden Spoon – Measuring Cups – Cake Pan – Cooling Rack – Knife

Equipment

– 1¼ cup All Purpose Flour 150 grams – 1½ tsp Baking Powder – ½ tsp Baking Soda – 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon – 1 tsp Ground Ginger – ⅛ tsp Ground Cloves – ¼ tsp Salt – ½ cup Honey 120 ml – ½ cup Oil 120 ml

Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line and grease the baking pan. 2. Boil ½ cup water. Mix in honey and baking soda. Cool. 3. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 4. Mix oil, sugar, and egg in another bowl.

Instructions

5. Add half of dry mix, then all honey mix, then rest of dry mix. 6. Pour batter into pan. 7. Bake 40-45 mins until the toothpick comes out clean. 8. Cool, then slice and enjoy!
