– Pre-Cut Parchment Paper Baking Sheets – Nordic Ware Metal 9×13 Covered Cake Pan
– 1 package yellow cake mix –2 eggs room temperature –1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup 113g butter, melted Filling – 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature – 2 eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for convection). 2. Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and melted butter until combined. 3.Spray or line a 9×3-inch round or 9×13-inch pan. 4. Press cake mixture into the prepared pan.
5. Beat cream cheese, remaining eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until creamy; add confectioners’ sugar gradually. 6. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake layer. 7. Bake for 35-45 minutes until edges are brown and center is slightly jiggly. 8. Cool before serving.
