- 4 cup all-purpose flour - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1 tbos active dry yeast - 1 cup milk - 1/2 cup unsalted butter - 2 eggs
1. Mix dry ingredients, add warmed milk and melted butter, then knead until smooth. 2. Knead in raisins or currants evenly into the dough. 3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size in a warm place. 4. Divide dough, shape into balls.
