– Bread loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches) – Large mixing bowl – Spoon or spatula for stirring – Measuring Cups – Wire Cooling Rack – Toothpick for testing
– 2 cups softened ice cream – 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour – Multicolored sprinkles optional
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Prepare Pan: Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch bread loaf pan and set aside. 3. Melt Ice Cream: Stir the ice cream until mostly melted and smooth.
4. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour. Do not overmix. 5. Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pan. 6. Add Toppings: Top with multicolored sprinkles if desired.
7. Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 8. Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool completely on the wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
