– Mixing Bowls – Measuring Cups – Hand Mixer – Baking sheets – Parchment Paper – Cookie Scoop – Wire cooling racks
– 2 sticks butter – 1 ¾ cup granulated sugar – 2 eggs – 1 container ricotta cheese 15 oz. – 2 tablespoons vanilla extract – 4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, ricotta, and vanilla. 3. Combine flour, baking powder, and soda; add to mixture.
4. Roll dough into balls; place on baking sheet. 5. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. 6. Glaze: Mix milk, powdered sugar, almond extract. Dip cookies, sprinkle, cool.
