– Small Saucepan – Whisk or Spoon – Measuring Spoons – Knife and Cutting Board – Garlic Press
– ¼ cup ketchup – 2 tbs oyster sauce – 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp sugar
1. Combine ¼ cup ketchup, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp sugar in a small bowl. 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
3. Taste the sauce and adjust sweetness or tanginess to your liking. 4. Serve and enjoy with your favorite fried dishes!
