– Large Pot – Strainer – Baking Dish – Mixing Bowl – Whisk
– 1 head cauliflower approximately 4 cups chopped – 1 cup plain yogurt full fat – 4 tablespoons cream cheese – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste – 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F. 2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. 3. Microwave or boil chopped cauliflower until tender.
4. Heat yogurt and cream cheese until bubbling, whisk in spices and shredded cheese. 5. Pour cheese sauce over cauliflower, sprinkle with more cheese, bake until bubbly.
