– 900 grams Skinless Chicken Leg Both drumstick and thigh – 400 grams Spinach – 100 grams Onions – 100 grams Tomato – 2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste – 100 grams Full Fat Greek Yogurt or hung curd – 4 tbsp Ghee – 50 grams Fresh Cream
1. Cut gashes in chicken. 2. Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 1 hour. 3. Cook spinach with water, puree, and set aside.
4. Sauté onions in ghee, then add ginger and garlic. 5. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then add chicken. 6. Mix in spinach puree, cook for 10-12 minutes, garnish with cream, and serve.
