– 1/2 ounce 1 tablespoon crème de cassis, crème de framboise or Chambord, or more to taste – 1 750ml bottle dry champagne or sparkling wine, chilled – 1/4 cup fresh raspberries optional
1. repare Flutes: Pour 1/2 ounce of crème de cassis into each champagne flute. 2. Add Raspberries: Drop 3 to 4 fresh raspberries into each flute for a fruity twist.
3. Fill with Champagne: Carefully pour chilled champagne or sparkling wine into each flute, filling them to the top. 4. Serve Immediately: The cocktail is best served immediately to enjoy the crispness and flavors.
