Keto Fettuccini Alfredo Recipe

– Medium Saucepan – Wooden Spoon – Pot for boiling water – Colander – Grater – Knife

Equipment

– 2 eggs – 1 oz cream cheese – pinch of salt – pinch of garlic powder – 1/8 teaspoon black pepper – 1 oz Mascarpone cheese – 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese – 1 tablespoon butter

Ingredients 

1. Blend eggs, cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a blender. 2. Grease an 8×8 pan with butter and pour the mixture into it. 3. Bake at 325°F for 8 minutes until just set. 4. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.

Instructions 

5. Gently release the pasta sheet from the pan with a spatula. 6. Roll it up and slice into 1/8 inch thick slices. 7. Unroll gently and set aside. 8. In a small bowl, combine mascarpone, parmesan cheese, and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, then whisk.
