– deep skillet – Measuring cups and spoons – Wooden Spoon – small saucepot – 2 quart casserole dish – Rubber spatula
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter – 8 ounces cremini mushrooms sliced – pink salt – fresh cracked black pepper – Keto Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup – 1/2 cup heavy cream – 2 15- ounce cans of green beans drained – 1/2 cup keto fried onions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet, cook until browned and reduced by half, about 5-7 minutes. 3. In a small saucepan, heat the condensed soup over medium heat, stir in heavy cream, and adjust seasoning.
4. Combine the soup mixture with the mushrooms, then pour half into a 2-quart baking dish. Top with drained green beans and the remaining soup mixture. 5. Bake for 20 minutes, add fried onions on top, and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly. Let cool before serving.
